Can you ship to the US, Canada, UK and European destinations?

Yes. We are FDA certified so we can door deliver the sweets anywhere in the world.

Will you have customs problems or duties levied?

Since we are FDA certified we will have no trouble with customs. There is no duty on our products unless the order value is US$ 10,000 or above.

Where all can you deliver?

We use the FedEx/DHL/TNT networks for delivery and can deliver the sweets to the remotest destinations anywhere in the world.

Can you deliver to a PO Box number?

No. Our courier companies require a physical delivery address.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Your order will be shipped inside 48 hours from receipt of payment.

How long will my order take to deliver?

All orders door deliver within 4 days or less.

Will the sweets spoil in transit?

No. the sweets are packaged airtight and will not spoil during transit. However, once the package is opened, you will need to refridgerate them. Each sweet has it’s own shelf life. Please see the product section, it mentions when you need to put the sweets in the fridge.

Do you use preservatives or additives?

No, we do not use preservatives and additives or any artificial colors.

Can I track my package?

Yes, each order can be individually tracked on the internet.

Do I need to pay shipping?

No. Cost of shipping anywhere in the world, by priority international courier shipping is already paid by us.

What if I need 100’s of packages for say a wedding?

How do I gift these sweets?

There is a section on the order form where you can give the name and address of the person you want to gift these too. You can send your name and a small message as well.

Can I use credit cards to make payment?

Yes, you can use all major credit cards to make payment by Paypal, an extremely secure payment portal. This way you don’t even need to send us your credit card details.

Can I send a cheque?

Yes you can. We ship orders on receiept of cheque and do not wait until in clears.

Is there a separate rate for dealers?

Yes. Please send us an e-mail with your requirements.

Can I break up my order into a mixture of half kg and full kg boxes.

Please give your name and order number by e-mail, and also the details of the break-up required.
